Purpose Of Study

The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal weekly oral dose of VRB-101 (oral ecnoglutide) that can effectively maintain body weight in participants with a history of obesity or overweight with weight -related comorbidities who have experienced a weight reduction of 10% or more during at least 6 months of treatment with subcutaneous weekly semaglutide or subcutaneous weekly tirzepatide.
