Purpose Of Study

This study is being done to learn more about the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of VX-548 in participants with pain due to Diabetic Painful Neuropathy.

Lasting 4.5 months

YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Male or Female 18 years to years old
Diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes
Bilateral pain in lower extremities due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), a type of nerve damage that is caused by high blood sugar (glucose) and is associated with pain.
