The purpose of this study is to learn more about AMG 451 in people with Atopic Dermatitis. It will see if AMG 451 is effective to treat people with Atopic Dermatitis and whether it causes side effects. It will also help to establish the beneficial impact of the study treatment with AMG 451 on the related outcomes including skin itching, skin pain, sleep loss, and impaired quality of life in people with Atopic Dermatitis.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic relapsing and remitting, inflammatory skin disease, a condition that makes their skin red and itchy.
