YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a BMI of 27 of more
  • Have a Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes

When a person has obesity, it can make it harder for the body to control blood sugar. Over time, high blood sugar can lead to serious health problems such as heart disease, kidney damage, nerve damage, and vision problems.
