YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Have a diagnosis of IBS
  • 18 years of age and older

IBS is a long-term digestive condition that can cause belly pain, cramping, bloating, gas, and changes in bowel habits.

IBS-D means Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea
People usually have frequent loose or watery stools.

IBS-M means Irritable Bowel Syndrome Mixed Type
People have both diarrhea and constipation at different times.
