YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • Male and Female participants 45 years of age or above

The ideal participant for this study is an adult with type 2 diabetes who has an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and whose blood sugar is not well controlled despite taking oral diabetes medications. This individual is motivated to improve their diabetes management and is willing to use an injectable medication and attend regular study visits.
